Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy
I am an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Leadership at Pepperdine University and a Research Fellow at the Civil Rights Project at UCLA.
My expertise lies in analyzing data on racial inequality, housing, education, and urban demographics. My work has been published in academic journals, policy reports, and media outlets, and I have been cited by major publications such as the Washington Post, the New York Times, and Politico.
With a wide audience that includes policymakers, academics, school leaders, and educators, I am committed to leveraging my work to drive meaningful change in our communities.
I received my Ph.D. from UCLA.
